Woodburning, or pyrography, is a fun way to customize woodcrafts, slow down and try something new!

Woodburning classes are for students 15 and up. Waveform currently offers two woodburning classes:

Beginner Woodburning

Woodburning Charcuterie Boards

  • In this fun, introductory class you will:

    • Choose a design from a template or find your own - Caty will print it out

    • Learn the basics of woodburning and practice on basswood

    • Burn your design onto a beautiful acacia charcuterie board for you to take home

    • Classes are 2 hrs, seat 6, $50

Woodburning Ornaments

  • Get in the holiday spirit! In this class you will:

    • Choose a design from a template or find your own - Caty will print it out

    • Learn the basics of woodburning and practice on basswood

    • Burn your design onto a rustic pine round and create three ornaments - great for gifts and mementos!

    • Classes are 2 hrs, seat 6, $50
