Waveform is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with social media, newsletters and website upkeep. Contribute to an intimate pottery studio and get hands on experience behind the scenes running a small business.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and scheduling newsletters through Squarespace

  • Light web design - proofing and SEO optimization

  • Scheduling social media content & creating reels/shorts

You…

  • Are interested in learning how an art studio runs

  • Have experience with clay, pottery or the arts

  • Can confidently use Squarespace, Canva, Instagram and TikTok (including video content)

  • Have experience with graphic design and adhering to brand standards

  • Are open to a partial trade for time in the studio

Accessibility Notes

Workspace is up a flight of stairs, space is scent-free. We mostly use natural light / no overhead lights unless it’s night. Waveform prioritizes making accommodations – let’s talk. 

Hours & Pay

5 hours of work a week, remote is fine, $20/hour starting rate, plus studio access
